EXTRA-CURRICULAR CLUBS
Our extensive Extra-Curricular clubs programme changes every term and with over 35 Prep School clubs available, there is something for every individual. Our clubs programme offers pupils the chance to take part in Music, Language, Dance, subject-led, Sports, Art and Drama clubs, as well as clubs that offer something out of the ordinary. We also offer additional music and instrumental lessons before, during and after School and additional, co-curricular Speech and Drama lessons.

LAMDA
We offer Year 1 to Year 6 the opportunity to take LAMDA examinations. LAMDA is the UK’s largest statutory speech and drama awarding body. The co-curricular activity and examinations are designed to equip candidates, whatever their age and aspirations, with a range of skills that will serve them throughout life. At Manor House School, Stagestars UK offer LAMDA tuition in:
- Acting
- Verse & Prose
- Reading for Performance
- Improvisation
- Mime
Learners have the opportunity to choose a course of study from Acting, Speaking Verse & Prose and Using Spoken English (Speaking in Public). The three pathways provide learners with different skills and they choose a pathway that will best suit their interests and needs. The pathways will be discussed and explored with the pupils to determine preference and suitability at the start of the programme.
